School officials in the Perry County School District are thrilled to bring cutting-edge technology to their students, as a brand-new Apple Computer Lab is currently being constructed at RC Hatch School in Uniontown. The state-of-the-art facility will expose students to 21st century technology, improving their educational experience and setting them up for success in the digital age.
The entire interior of the building will be overhauled: the ceilings, walls, and flooring will all be refurbished. With the implementation of the most current technology available, a cutting-edge atmosphere will be created and will be the first of its kind in the Black Belt.
School officials in Perry County have announced plans to create a state-of-the-art technology lab, making sure that all 850 students within the district have access to the equipment. This technology lab, which is set to be launched as early as January 2021, will offer a variety of activities and opportunities for the students to explore, including coding, lighting, and production. Furthermore, the district has emphasized that the activities offered in the lab will be self-paced, so that each student can have the chance to explore the areas of interest to them.
