Deanna Michelle Waltman and Cody Tyler Bush announce their engagement. Deanna is the daughter of Larry and Patricia Waltman of Mobile, Alabama. She graduated from Judson College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music and Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. Deanna also received her Master of Paralegal Studies from George Washington University. She is employed as a Court Specialist II and Magistrate in the Perry Circuit Clerk’s Office. Deanna is also the Children’s Director at Marion Methodist Church. She is the Vice President of the Alabama Court Specialist Association and serves as a Perry County member on the Cahaba Mental Health Board. Cody is the son of Smiley and Robin Bush of Blakely, Georgia. He received a diploma in EMS Professions from Bainbridge State College. Cody has served as a Nationally Registered Advanced EMT for eight years. He is employed for Excelsior Ambulance, Shoals Ambulance and Fairfield Fire Department in the Birmingham region. Cody is a NAEMT member and is licensed in Florida, Alabama, and Georgia. He is currently working on a degree in Health Care Administration.
