Thursday, October 4, 2023, marked National Good Neighbor Day, Project Horseshoe Farm, lives up to that title day by day building on the strengths of their community and promoting the health and wellbeing of its members.

They work closely with 8-10 health partners, acting as their good neighbors by faithfully accompanying them to doctor’s appointments, helping them reach their health goals, and providing support to fight against social isolation. Over the weekend, in another effort to be a good neighbor, they participated in a Childhood Obesity Awareness Walk sponsored by the Perry County Health Department and joined their fellow community members in a fun and energetic dance session, showing that exercising can be both simple and delightful!

Project Horseshoe Farm urges everyone to become a good neighbor by connecting with the people of their community!
