Special to the Times Standard

The Demopolis Post Office received an unexpected Christmas miracle! A large, unmarked package showed up in their Gallion branch, but a handwritten note to a young child named Harleigh was found on top of the box. City carrier Konai Davis, proving Santa has some earnest helpers, took her name, and went to Facebook. There, she asked for any information that could help the Post Office deliver the package to Harleigh in time for Christmas. The Helper Elves of Demopolis got to work, and it paid off! After only a few hours, a response was received, and arrangements were made for Harleigh to come pick up the unmarked package just in time for the festivities. Konai Davis proved that with a little Christmas spirit, anything is possible!
